Johnson earned nine New England Women's and Men's Athletic Conference (NEWMAC) all-conference honors while being a 21-time NCAA all-American. A star in both indoor and outdoor, she picked up All-America honors in the 100m, 400m, 4x100m, 4x400m, 4x100m relay, 4x400m relay, 55m hurdles, 100m hurdles, and 400m hurdles. A three-time NCAA National Champion, she earned one in 2000 as a part of the 4x400m relay (indoor), and twice in 2001 as a part of the 4x400m relay (indoor) and for the 4x100m (outdoor). Johnson is a three-time Yowell Hall of Fame inductee as a member of the 1999-2001 track & field teams.
