Senior Daniel Bor (Seattle, Mass.) picked up a win at sixth singles in three sets as well for the Lyons. He dropped the first set to first year Jacob Riis (Vineyard Haven, Mass.), before winning the next two sets, 7-5, 10-4, to earn the triumph.

The Wheaton sophomore tandem of Calvin Van Dyke (Albuquerque, N.M.) and Jake Murray (San Diego, Calif.) won at number two doubles over Meuse and senior Aidan Jensen (Essex, Vt.), 6-4. The Chargers won the other two doubles contests to earn the doubles point for the match. Junior Ashton Meuse (Newport, N.H.) combined with classmate Zsombor Homonnay (Dunakeszi, Hungary) to edge the Lyons' sophomore duo of Jaime Galligo (Madrid, Spain) and Paul Berteaux (Courbevoie, France), 7-6, at number one doubles. Munoz and Bor were defeated at number three doubles by the Colby-Sawyer pairing of first year David Dvorak (Prague, Czech Republic) and Riis at third doubles, 6-3.

Galligo won the opening set at first singles over Ashton Meuse, 6-3, but the Charger rebounded to take the middle frame, 6-4. Meuse carried the momentum into the final set for a 10-5 decision and the match. Van Dyke battled in three sets for Wheaton, but Dvorak pulled out the victory for the home team. Dvorak won the opening frame, 6-3, before Van Dyke evened the match with a 6-4 second-set win. Dvorak won the super tie-breaker, 10-7, to earn the match result. Homonnay defeated Berteaux in straight sets at second singles, 6-4, 6-2.
