CAMBRIDGE, Mass. — The Wheaton College (Mass.) women's track & field team competed at the Crimson Open hosted by Harvard University this afternoon at Gordon Indoor Track in Cambridge, Mass.
Just two Lyons competed on the day for Wheaton. First year Adeline Takantjas (Belmont, N.H.) finished 23rd in the 60-meter hurdles and was fifth among Division III runners with a time of 9.84. Senior Kate Wickenheisser (Oxford, Conn.) placed 25th with a mark of 10.31 and was sixth in the Division III field.
The Lyons return to compete tomorrow at the Tufts Cupid Challenge in Medford, Mass. and the David Hemery Valentine Invitational in Boston.
