Loriston's time of 11.64 obliterated her former school standard of 11.73 set in 2003 by Vernick Smith '04. Loriston finished third in the 100 meters just behind University of Wisconsin-Platteville senior Isabel Peterson's (Lexington, Ky.) time of 11.63. Calvin College graduate student Sydney Radigan (Portland, Ore.) won the gold in the race with a mark of 11.48. Loriston quickly got out of the blocks in lane one and never let up, finishing ahead of the other six entries. She is the highest finisher for the Lyons in the 100 meters since Vernick Smith '04 won the national title in 2003. Loriston earns First Team All-America status with her placement for the third time in her career after earning First Team accolades as part of Wheaton's 4X100-meter relay team in 2024 as well. She was a Second Team selection in the 100 meters last year to make her a four-time All-American for the Lyons. She is the first four-time outdoor All-America honoree since Meredith Scannell '14 was tabbed for the fourth time in 2014 and Ashante Little '14 was tapped for All-America status for the 10th time in 2014.
