YPSILANTI, Mich. — Wheaton College (Mass.) artistic swimming placed fifth at the 2025 Collegiate National Championship following the second and final day of the meet at Eastern Michigan University's Michael H. Jones Natatorium in Ypsilanti, Mich.
The Lyons placed fifth for the second straight year.
Stanford won their 10th national title. First year Dalia Ovadia (Danville, Calif.) was named the meet's High Point Scorer and Head Coach Megan Abarca was selected the Coach of the Year.
The Lyons placed 10th in the team free final with a score of 161.9446 points. Wheaton's team was comprised of senior Marina Greenwood (Santa Cruz, Calif.), Hannah Halberg (New York City, N.Y.), junior Josephine Basco (Painesville, Ohio), sophomores Renée Goldfinger (Hoboken, N.J.), Scout Lowrie (Franklin, N.J.), Olivia Macdonald (Toronto, Ont.) and first years Sierra Bausemer (Plainville, Mass.), Julie Mahoney (Andover, Mass.) and Paige Warda (Auburn, Calif.).
Stanford won the team title with 303.3688 points behind graduate student Emmanuella Tchakmakjian (Moraga, Calif.), senior Lindi Schroeder (Andover, Mass.), juniors Miko Begossi (Alamo, Calif.), Ivy Davis (Scottsdale, Ariz.), Yara Elian (Walnut Creek, Calif.), first years Megumi Field (Wilmington, Del.), Audrey Kwon (Seattle, Wash.), Calista Liu (Fullerton, Calif.) and Ovadia.
Stanford also posted the top score in the trio with a mark of 261.2529 points. Field, Kwon and Ovadia combined to take the crown in the event for the Cardinal.
