MARLBOROUGH, Mass. – The Wheaton College (Mass.) men's 400-yard freestyle relay team of seniors Brian Hixson (Scituate, Mass.), Will Larson (Iowa City, Iowa), Gavin Cullinan (Cumming, Ga.) and first year Marcus Tran (Milton, Mass.) was named the New England Women's & Men's Athletic Conference Men's Swimming Relay of the Week for the week of November 3-9, it was announced by the NEWMAC.

The Lyons earn the award for the second week in a row. The same quartet was tabbed the Relay of the Week for its effort in the 200-yard freestyle during the first reporting period of the season. 

In what's become a hallmark of the Wheaton men's team relay, the quartet led the race from start to finish. Hixson, Larson, Cullinan and Tran combined to post a winning time of 3:10.06 in a double dual meet to defeat both host Springfield College and United States Coast Guard Academy.

The Lyons return to the pool on Saturday, November 15 when they travel to Lewiston, Maine to compete against Bates College at 1:00 p.m.
