CAMBRIDGE, Mass. -- Senior Matthew Cahill (Brewster, Mass.) placed third in the 110-meter hurdles to lead the Wheaton College (Mass.) men's track & field team at the MIT Final Qualifier at the Sherie and Don (1961) Morrison Track at Steinbrenner Stadium in Cambridge, Mass.

Cahill posted a personal-record time of 14.96 for the Lyons to record the first sub 15-second time of his career. Sophomore Jordan Pinnix (Manchester, Mass.) finished fifth in the race with a mark of 15.18.

The meet was the final competition of the season for the Wheaton men's squad.
