THE RUNDOWN:

• The Wheaton College men's lacrosse team was led by Lou Mainella and Mike Abramo who each scored twice for the Lyons, while Robert Sullivan and Max Cooper each contributed one goal apiece in the victory.
• Trey Kaufmann picked up a game-high three caused turnovers and picked up four ground balls while Alec Morin and Troy Sliney both picked up four ground balls for the Lyons as well.
• Gordon was led by Dawson Tozier who netted two goals, while Karl Deckert, Dan Arthur and Jacob Hryzan all had one apiece in the Fighting Scots loss.
• The Lyons opened up the game strong with a goal at 00:11 to put Wheaton ahead early with a 1-0 lead after the first quarter. The Gordon Fighting Scots fought back in the fourth quarter with goals at 11:44, 10:30, 7:13 and another at 6:32 to tie with the Lyons 5-5 but it wouldn't be enough to stop the Lyons as they continued to run down the clock scording with game winner with just 00:50 seconds left solidify their win against the Fighting Scots. 
• Chandler Miller picked up the win in net for the Lyons, coming up with 15 saves after seeing 20 shots. Gordon's Jay Gallipo made 11 saves after seeing 17 shots.
