Wheaton maintained a 23-13 advantage, highlighted by a three-pointer from first year guard Kiki Walters (Fleetwood, Pa.) to keep the lead at double-digits with 4:12 to go in the quarter.

Curry cut the margin to six points following a pair of successful free throws from both McCarthy and Dunn to make it 23-17 with 2:41 remaining in the second quarter. The Lyons closed out the half with eight of the final nine points, including four from Fernandes, to take a 31-18 halftime cushion.
