NORTON, Mass. - The Wheaton College women's soccer team opened the 2019 season with a 1-1 double-overtime tie against Worcester State Friday evening at Christina Mirrione '99. The Lyons lone goal came from captain Jenna Palmer in the 66th minute of action.  The Lancers tied the game less than 10-minutes later on a goal from Haley Mignon. 

UP NEXT: Wheaton returns to the field on Tuesday, Sept. 3 at 4 p.m. against Johnson & Wales at Mirrione Stadium.
