- Wheaton picked up just one of the three doubles points with the Lyons No. 1 team of Ines de Bracamonte and Isabelle Garvanne defeating Ching-Ching Huang and Ishita Tibrewal 8-2.
- The pair also earned the Lyons other two points, both winning their singles matches against Huang and Tiberwal.
- de Bracamonte battled her way to a 7-6 (7), 4-6, 1-0 (10) win in the No. 1 singles spot, while Garvanne earned a solid 6-2, 6-4 win in the No. 2 spot.
