THE RUNDOWN:
- Claire Cansler paced the way for Wheaton with a match-high seven kills, while Cathryn MacGregor knocked down five and both Allison Cox and Casey Dinga ended the match with four.
- Becca Houghton finished with 19 assists and first-year Maggie Shafer collected a match-high 11 digs.
- Julia Palomba and Houghton each ended with two aces, while MacGregor, Cox, and Shafer finished with one each.
- Wheaton opened the first set with three straight points with kills from Cansler and Cox. The Lyons only relinquished control of the lead once in opening set.
- After falling behind early in the second set, Wheaton captured the lead for good on a kill from sophomore Nikita Selivan.
- Bridgewater St. captured the first point of the third set, but strong serving from Houghton helped Wheaton take the advantage, which they would not let go of.

- Cansler once again led Wheaton with seven kills, while Houghton, Palomba, and MacGregor each finished with four kills for the Lyons.
- Houghton collected 19 assists, while Palomba picked up 12 digs and senior Stephanie Martin ended the contest with 11.
- The opening set began as a back and forth with Cansler tying the contest at 4-4 with a kill on a Selivan serve. Wesleyan (Conn.) collected the lead for good moments later on a Wheaton error.
- Wheaton held the lead for a while in the second set, but Wesleyan (Conn.) once again found a way to break a deadlocked score (11-11) and capture the lead for good.
- A Wesleyan (Conn.) error started the third set, handing the Lyons their only lead.
