- Senior captain Katie Clay-McBee netted her first goal of the season in the ninth minute with a curling ball from the right side of the field that found its way into the top left corner.
- Kira Olander put the Lyons ahead 2-0 in the 10th minute for her first career goal. The junior headed the ball past the UNE keeper on a corner kick from Aymara O'Brien-Pappalardo.
- The Nor'easters pulled within a single goal in the 13th minute after Jessie Maywalt put one past the Wheaton keeper on a free kick at the top of the box.
- O'Brien-Pappalardo picked up her second assist of the day with a quick pass back to Kaylee Sye, who beat the keeper to her right.
- Hannah Lepordo netted her second goal of the season in the 53rd minute with an assist from Noelle Perciballi. The first-year beat a couple of defenders to the top of the box.
- Leann Wolf collected the win for the Lyons after playing the first 45 minutes of action. Alexa Barbagallo played the entire second half, coming up with a save.
- Emily Ashman and Jenna Pannone split time in goal for UNE with Pannone suffering the loss.
