THE RUNDOWN:  
- Junior Duaka Ekwensi notched the only double-double of the night for both teams with 15 points, 15 rebounds and a steal. 
- They Lyons were also led by Ryan Fogarty's 19 points and pair of assists. Alex DuBrow and Liam Bruno chipped in with 8 and 7 points, respectively. 
- Austin Coene of Roger Williams led all players with 33 points and 7 assists, going 11-13 from field goal range and 10-11 from the line. 
- After three lead changes and a 17-17 tie, the Lyons used a 6-0 run followed by a Fogarty jumper to gain a 28-20 lead by 13:42. 
- The Hawks clawed back to come within 1 at 30-29, but Wheaton used another 6 unanswered points to reclaim their lead and enter the locker room with a 36-31 halftime edge. 
- Coene and Nick Marini combined for 6 points to start the second half, giving RWU their first lead since the sixth minute of the game. 
- The lead would change nine more times over the next 6 minutes. A Jaylen Jennings layup and pair of Marini free throws with 9:14 to go would shift the momentum for the last time, as the Hawks clung on to their advantage down the stretch to claim the 72-70 win.
