THE RUNDOWN:
- Claire Cansler led Wheaton with a match-high 14 kills, while first-year Julia Palomba was one behind, finishing with 13.
- Palomba also finished with a match-high 14 digs to go with two assists, two aces, and a block assist.
- Becca Houghton collected a match-high 43 assists, which ties her season best. Houghton added another ace to her season total while coming up with eight digs and collecting five kills.
- Sophomore Nikita Selivan ended the contest with a match-high three blocks.
- Wheaton opened the first set on a 4-0 run and never relinquished control of the lead.
- The two sides tied the second set 11 times, but it was the Golden Bears who would come away with the win, breaking a 20-20 deadlock with a 5-2 run.
- Like they did in the opening set, the Lyons opened the third with a quick scoring string that set the tone. Wheaton never trailed in the third set, allowing the Golden Bears just 11 points.
- The fourth set was another back and forth battle, this time with Wheaton coming out victorious. With the contest tied at 22-22, the Lyons picked up with the win on kills by Selivan and Casey Dinga and a Golden Bear error.

THE RUNDOWN:
- Dinga paced the Lyons with six kills, while Palomba and Allison Cox eached finished with five and Selivan, Cansler, and Houghton each knocked down four.
- Houghton collected 23 assists in the win, while Stephanie Martin had a team-high 13 digs. Houghton also collected a match-high five aces.
- Selivan and Cansler each finished with a match-high three blocks.
- Prior to the start of the contest, Wheaton head coach recognized Cox and Martin for their contributions to the program over the last four seasons.
- Wheaton started the first set slowly, falling behind 5-1, before running away with the contest 25-19.
- The Lyons took that momentum into the second set, where they never trailed en route to a 25-16 win.
- The third and final set was more competitive but Wheaton was able to put the contest away with a kill by Cansler and a UMD attacking error.
