BEFORE WHEATON: Attended Belchertown High School... four-year member of the soccer team... earned the MIAA Sportsmanship Award junior year... DI Coombs All-League senior year... All-Western Mass. Second-Team Selection senior season... earned the U.S. Marine Corps Distinguished Athletic Award her senior season... Presidents Award recipient... graduated Pro Merito. 

PERSONAL: Daughter of Beth and Gene Parent... has one sibling Matthew... brother plays lacrosse at Connecticut College... majoring in political science and international relations... aspires to work in Homeland Security... chose to come to Wheaton because of the education and small campus, as well as to play competitive soccer.
