2019 (SOPHOMORE): Competed in and started in 16 games… tallied one assist... earned NEWMAC All-Conference Second Team recognition.

2018 (FIRST-YEAR): Competed in 20 games, starting in 19... An integral part of the Lyons defense who recorded six shutouts on the year, Mattos scored his first collegiate goal against Wesleyan (Conn.) and picked up an assist in 6-2 win over Dean College. 

BEFORE WHEATON: Graduated from Somerset-Berkley Regional High School ... Three-year letterwinner in soccer in addition to earning two letters in tennis for SBRHS ... Named a South Coast Conference All-Star following his junior and senior seasons for Somerset-Berkley Regional soccer ... Chosen a Captain prior to his senior season for the SBRHS soccer team.
