Wheaton College (MA)

2021 [SENIOR]: Competed in two games during the shortened season due to COVID-19, starting both of them... recorded one assist... went 25-42 on face-offs with 14 ground balls.

2020 [JUNIOR]: Appeared in six games, starting all six of them...totaled six points on five goals and one assist...also picked up 62 groundballs and went 90-119 on faceoffs.

2019 [SOPHOMORE]: Appeared in 15 games… totaled three points on the season with 100 groundballs… also totaled 165-300 on faceoffs.

2018 [FIRST YEAR]: Competed in 15 games as a freshman... registered a pair of goals and a team-high 62 ground balls... went 101-198 in faceoffs for a 51.0 faceoff percentage... caused 12 turnovers on the season. 

BEFORE WHEATON: Attended Haverhill High School… four-year member of the lacrosse and cross country teams… two-year member of the swim and dive, and indoor track teams… two-year team captain of the lacrosse team… one-year team captain of the cross country and indoor track teams… named All-Star for lacrosse his junior year… named to All-Conference Team and Offensive Player of the Year for lacrosse his senior year… member of the Honor Roll.

PERSONAL: Son of Molly and Keith Sliney… one sibling Michaela Sliney… mom was a member of the Notre Dame fencing team class of ’88… Michaela member of the Louisville diving team class of ’20… majoring in Business and Management… chose Wheaton because it was the best academic option and he loved the community of the school.
