Patrick Wallace began his time with Wheaton men’s lacrosse in August of 2024.
Wallace comes to Norton with an extensive coaching background at the college, pro and youth level in a short amount of time.
The Massachusetts native began his college coaching tenure with a season as the Assistant Coach for the club squad at the University of New Hampshire, before moving on to the sidelines of Amherst College as an Assistant Coach for the 2022 campaign. While with the Mammoths, Wallace helped the team advance to the New England Small College Athletic Conference Championship as the number three seed and earn an NCAA Tournament berth. Most recently, Wallace was an Assistant Coach at Gordon College.
In addition, Wallace spent time as an Assistant within the Arlington Youth Lacrosse and the Harlem Lacrosse Boston programs. The former goalie has helped to impart his knowledge of the position in both a coaching and clinic director capacity for the Bay State Bullets and the New England Twisters and was the Head Boys Varsity Coach for the Brimmer and May School.
His love for the game has seen him take on the role of Assistant Coach within the Professional Box Lacrosse Association and is currently a Coach, Clinic Director and League Manager for 3D New England in addition to founding and directing Goalie Gurus, LLC.
Prior to his foray as a coach and instructor, Wallace played club lacrosse for Boston College’s program that has won 10 conference crowns since BC discontinued its varsity program following the 2002 campaign. He also was fortunate to have the opportunity to try out at the pro level for the National Lacrosse League and Major League Lacrosse.
Wallace graduated from Boston College with a degree in History in 2020 and added a Master’s Degree in Sports Leadership from Endicott College in 2023.
