Conor O'Brien

Conor O’Brien joined the Wheaton Men’s Basketball coaching sideline prior to the 2023-24 season. 

O’Brien currently serves as the Assistant Director of Basketball Operations for Mass Premier Courts in Foxboro, Mass., where he is a Head Coach for a 10th Grade Boys Elite Amateur Athletic Union team.

In addition to his experience as a basketball instructor, O’Brien was a four-year standout for the Roger Williams University basketball team from 2014-18, where he was a Captain for the Hawks during his senior campaign. O’Brien earned Commonwealth Collegiate Conference Third Team All-Conference honors for Roger Williams as well. Recently, he enjoyed a season playing professionally for the Providence Pirates and helped them capture the American Basketball Association East Region crown, while qualifying for the National ABA Elite Eight.

The Sharon, Mass. native has spent significant time working in collegiate athletics, having  spent time working for Harvard University Ticket Operations from 2019-22.

O’Brien graduated from RWU in 2018 with a degree in Management and also earned a Masters degree in Sports Administration from Boston College in 2020.
