BEFORE WHEATON: Attended Oxford High School... competed in baseball (four years) and unified sports (two years)... earned honors: Naugatuck Valley League All-Copper Division Team in 2016, Naugatuck Valley League Tournament MVP in 2016, Oxford High School Team MVP in 2016 and New Haven Register All-Area Team in 2016.

PERSONAL: Son of Dave and Tracy Yish... has one sibling Emily... majoring in Business and Management... chose Wheaton for campus environment, academic and athletic opportunities.
