Matt Milano begins his fifth year as an assistant coach with the baseball program in 2020-21.

Milano is responsible for the development of all catchers, opponent scouting and assists with the hitters. In 2015, he was an assistant coach at Clark University where he worked with the catchers and hitters. Milano also serves as a catching and hitting instructor at Upper Deck Baseball Academy in Cumberland, R.I.

Milano graduated from Springfield College in 2013 with a Bachelor's in Communications and was a four year member of the baseball team.
