2021 (FIRST-YEAR): Appeared in one game during the shortened season due to COVID-19 ... Made his collegiate debut April 24 vs. Coast Guard where he recorded a hit in his only at-bat of the season.

BEFORE WHEATON: Attended The Harvey School in New York...competed in baseball...capatined his baseball team for one year...recieved All League his junior year and his team was Housatonic Valley Athletic League Champions his junior year...also earned Lindsley Loring Loyalty Award, Spanish Excellence Award, New York State Comptroller Student Achievement Award and Presidential Achievement Award.

PERSONAL: Son of Yanely Rodriguez and Dionisio Polanco ... Chose to attend Wheaton for the tight knit community and great academic standing as well as the winning and hardworking reputation of the Baseball team.
