Daughter of Craig Welch and Stefany Shaheen ... Has three siblings Elle, Caraline, and William Shaheen ... Her Mom, Stefany, played volleyball as an outside hitter for Fairfield University ... Chose Wheaton because she loves volleyball and felt very welcomed by the Wheaton program and also believes that playing a sport is a fantastic way to make an impact on the tight-knit Wheaton community.
