Senior outside hitter Grace Jennings (Fredericton, Canada) gave the Mariners a 10-8 lead with a kill early in the second set, before the Lyons erupted for a 17-4 run to close out the frame with a 25-14 decision to even the match at one set apiece. Lyon led the charge with four kills.
