THE RUNDOWN:
- Shelbi Wilson led the Lyons with a 2-for-3 performance from the plate, scoring once and knocking in the other Wheaton run.
- Wheaton got on the board first with Wilson knocking in Lily Ongkiko with a double to right center in the first inning. Emily Schlapak collected the other Wheaton RBI with a single to left that sent Wilson home.
- The Beavers countered in the third inning with Samantha Smith tying the game with a two-RBI double to left field that scored Josephine Mares and Ali Reily. Ashely Tango gave the Beavers the lead moments later with a single to center that scored Smith.
- Babson added its final three runs in the seventh, starting with a triple to right field from Mares that plated Reily and Annie Mitchell. Mares scored later in the inning on a single down the right-field line from Annie Quine.

- Wheaton's three hits came from sophomore Jade Assad, and first-years Hannah Arkin and Jessica Nardozza.
- Jacqueline Paul ended the game 2-for-2 for the Beavers, while Kayla Schinik went 2-for-3.
- Brooke Stock got the win for the Beavers while helping herself out with a grand slam to left field.
- Mares started the scoring in the first before Stoke made it a 5-0 game with her grand slam in the second. A bases-loaded walk in the third put Babson ahead 6-0. The Beavers tacked on two more runs in the fourth to end the scoring.
