2025 SEASON: Also a member of the Women’s Cross Country Team … Named to the New England Women's & Men's Athletic Conference Second Team All-Conference Team … Appeared in 10 meets on the season … Recorded six top five finishes, including three victories … Opened the season with a third-place finish in the 3000 meters at the Reggie Poyau Invitational at Brandeis University on January 18 … Won her first meet of the season in the 5000 meters at the Lyon Invitational on January 25 … Posted a victory in the mile with a time of 5:23.82 at the Wheaton Invitational on February 1 … Recorded her final victory of the season in the 5000 meters at the Regis Spring Classic on April 4 … Placed second in the 5000 meters at the Sean Collier Invitational at Massachusetts Institute of Technology … Finished in second place in the 10,000 meters and ninth place in the 5000 meters at the New England Women's & Men's Athletic Conference Championship … Added a 19th place finish in the 4x800-meter relay with Kristen DiBella, Abby Martin, and Marguerite Bartlett at the New England Division III Outdoor Track and Field Championship … Closed out the season with a 10th place finish in the 10,000 meters at the Farley Inter Regional Extravaganza at Williams College in Williamstown, Mass.

2023 SEASON: Also a member of the Women’s Cross Country Team … Appeared in 11 meets on the season … Recorded five finishes in the top five, including one victory … Made her collegiate debut with a third-place finish in the mile with a time of 5:34.71 at the Coast Guard Academy Winter Invitational on January 14 … Finished fourth in the 800 meters and fifth in the mile at the Lyon-Mule Dual Invitational on January 21 … Posted a personal-best time of 2:22.78 in the 800 meters at the New England Intercollegiate Amateur Athletic Association Indoor Track and Field Championship … Recorded her first victory in the 1000 meters at the Wheaton Pre Post-Season Meet on January 18 … Placed third in the 5000 meters at the Trinity Invitational on April 22 … Closed out the season with a time of 18:55.01 to place 13th in the 5000 meters at the New England Women's & Men's Athletic Conference Championship.

BEFORE WHEATON: Graduated from Thornton Academy in 2022 ... Four-year letterwinner in cross country and indoor track & field in addition to earning three letters in outdoor track and field for the Trojans ... Chosen a Captain for both the the TA cross country and track & field teams as a senior and was also a Captain for the indoor squad as a junior ... Helped Thornton Academy indoor track and field capture the Southwestern Championship as a first year, while being part of the State title runner-up outdoor squad ... Helped the Trojans finish second at both the indoor and outdoor Southwestern Championship during her senior campaign ... Member of National Honor Society and was named to the Honor Roll at Thornton Academy. 

PERSONAL: Born August 31, 2004 ... Majoring in Psychology with a minor in Business and Management at Wheaton and would like to pursue a career as an Equine Veterinarian Technician ... Daughter of Alison Vanderhoof and Keith Lourdeau ... Has two siblings, Amelie and Noemi ... Chose to run at Wheaton because it felt like a family when she visited and the school offers great programs ... Also a member of the Wheaton women's cross country team.
