Led the Lyons as the top finisher in all five meets that she competed in this season ... Became the first Lyon to earn cross country All-Region honors for the second straight year since 2007 and 2008 ... Also a member of the Women's Track and Field Team ... Opened the season with a time of 19:52.0 in the five-kilometer race at the UMass Dartmouth Invitational on September 21 ... Posted a personal-best mark of 18:42.2 with a 17th place finish in the five kilometers at the Keene State Invitational on October 5 ... Finished in 25th place with a time of 23:14.7 in the six-kilometer race at the NEWMAC Championship on November 2 ... Recorded a season-best mark of 23:00.0 to place 28th at the NCAA Division III East Regional Championship on November 16 on the six-kilometer course at the Hopkinton Fairgrounds in Hopkinton, N.H.

2023 SEASON: Recorded her fastest time of the season  and personal best over six kilometers at the NCAA DIII East Regional Cross Country Championships on November 11, with a time of 22:49.1 ... Her 28th place finish named her to the USTFCCCA Women's Cross Country All-Region Team ... At the NEWMAC Cross Country Championship on October 28, Venderhoof finished 1st for the Lyons and 41st overall with a time of 25:27.9.

2022 SEASON: Recorded her fastest time of the season over six kilometers at the NEWMAC Cross Country Championship on October 30 ... Finished 1st for the Lyons and 43rd overall with a time of 24:21.9 ... Ran a time of 24:45.1 at the NCAA Division III East Regional Cross Country Championships on November 12.

BEFORE WHEATON: Graduated from Thornton Academy in 2022 ... Four-year letterwinner in cross country and indoor track & field in addition to earning three letters in outdoor track and field for the Trojans ... Chosen a Captain for both the the TA cross country and track & field teams as a senior and was also a Captain for the indoor squad as a junior ... Helped Thornton Academy indoor track and field capture the Southwestern Championship as a first year, while being part of the State title runner-up outdoor squad ... Helped the Trojans finish second at both the indoor and outdoor Southwestern Championship during her senior campaign ... Member of National Honor Society and was named to the Honor Roll at Thornton Academy. 

PERSONAL: Born August 31, 2004 ... Majoring in Psychology with a minor in Business and Management at Wheaton and would like to pursue a career as an Equine Veterinarian Technician ... Daughter of Alison Vanderhoof and Keith Lourdeau ... Has two siblings, Amelie and Noemi ... Chose to run at Wheaton because it felt like a family when she visited and the school offers great programs ... Also a member of the Wheaton women's indoor and outdoor track & field teams.
