BEFORE WHEATON: Attended Joel Barlow High School... four-year member and one-year captain of the swim team... two-year member of the track & field and cross country teams... earned varsity letters in each of the three sports... earned the Highest Points award on the swim team his senior year... named to the All-State swimming team and the Most Inspirational Swimmer his junior year... earned the Steven R. Deans award... named breakout Swimmer of the Year his sophomore year... member of the Honor Roll.
PERSONAL: Son of Anne and Raymond Bortolot... has one brother, Michael... majoring in Mathematics and Physics... chose to attend Wheaton for its small size, location and dedicated faculty.
