BEFORE WHEATON: Attended Cape Elizabeth High School... four-year member and one-year captain of the swim team... two-year member of the football team... earned varsity letters in both sports... named an All-Conference swimmer in the 200-free and medley relay during his senior year.
PERSONAL: Son of Janet and Jay Petersen... has one sister, Jillian... majoring in business... chose to attend Wheaton for its academics and swim team.
