THE RUNDOWN:  

• Babson, who will clinch at least a share of the NEWMAC regular season title, scored five goals in the first half, before tacking on three more in the second. 
• Wheaton broke through in the 62nd minute with a goal from first-year Lauren Bartlett. The goal is the first of the season for Bartlett. Hannah Arkin picked up the assist after the Lyons converted on consecutive penalty corners. 
• Riley Thompson played the majority of the night in goal for Wheaton, making 15 saves, while Morgan Karnes made four saves in 16:48 minutes of work.
